Text Box: We cook our caramel from scratch with the finest ingredients.  Here is Vito Raimondi dumping a fresh pot of HOT caramel into the machine.  This caramel is cooked to extremely hot temperatures.

Text Box: The apples are inspected and fed through the machine.

Text Box: The apples are then skewed with a caramel apple stick and continues to the caramel dip tank.

Text Box: After the dipping and rolling into the peanuts, the caramel apple is then released for another inspection before packaging.
Text Box: Here the apples are being dipped into the HOT caramel and  the excessive caramel is spun off to prevent the big blob of caramel at the bottom of the package.

Text Box: The caramel apple is then placed on the packing conveyor where it will be packaged into a plastic clamshell and sealed with a label.

Text Box: After wrapping the caramel apples they are inspected yet another time and packaged into cartons and off to the stores they go.
